There is a small possibility that PIO is relying on Rules framed for
repealed (old) Maharashtra RTI Act - Was it Rs.5 per page?. We still
have this problem in Delhi where MCD department keeps getting confused
between the 2 Acts - because in DRTI it is still Rs.5 per page.
