I had John Verser (PRS) do a few runs of data only cars for my shop. I
suspect a couple of other shops got a few, too. In any case, they did not
sell well. I thought that even though they might not have the EXACT data for
a particular road that they would still be easier to use than painting and
decalling an undec or changing a decorated car. I guess that accuracy in
something you can't see or use is still important...
