Dave, I would welcome being able to see a photo of how you do it without any special tools. Do you have three hands, four hands, and are you a magician. Just kidding. I need all the help I can get. I am also very lazy and the SHS KD style couplers really have me spoiled because they are already assembled. I look forward to seeing the photo.
