Well, yes, that's the simplistic view.  Some of us, however, are modeling an 
earlier era where window and door sizes, lumber sizes, and building methods 
were different.  We can't just go to the lumber yard, or out to the 
subdivision.  We have to do research on our prototypes, sometimes scale our own 
drawings, and even sometimes scratch our own materials for model building.  
Some of us....
