In the thrilling days of yesteryear(2004,) SHS announced E7 A's in nine roadnames. It is my understanding that unfortunately, the 2-8-0 took more resources than anticipated and the E7's were shelved.
Now we have the Sanda Kan Shuffle and lousy enonomy added into the mix, so it may be a while.
