From: Alan Lambert Lone Star Flyer Club Arlington, Texas Dave, That is my point. They bought American Flyer to take it away from their own 3 rail market. They don't give a hoot. They need to offer more "new" stuff to see where we want them to go. Maybe Scale needs to get away from High Dollar brass and make something more affordable to some of us high rail guys. We make do with what we have out there to buy. We do train shows and we would put a lot of stress on anything made in brass. I have yet to see anything in brass run at our 2 big shows, 1in Fort Worth, The other in Plano texas. Come down here and start a hobby shop and see what I'm seeing. As far as "S" they don't cary it,but will order it for you. Thanks, Alan

If I gotta make it scale myself then it should cost about half as much shouldn't it? Whether the high rail cars sell or not has no connection to S scale or to what we do here.Lionel 3 rail also sells well and we don't care.Lego's sells well and don't care. Iphones sell well, Lots of things that are not S scale sell well so what's the point? As long as we have guys like SHS, AM, and DHP trying to do it right why should we take money from them and give it to Lionel for arrogantly doing it wrong? .....DaveBranum [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] ------------------------------------ Yahoo!
