I find thie VERY strange... since the trend in HO is moreso toward a more scale size and appearance then toward larger as y'all say these couplers are when compared to the Kadee #5, which is oversized for HO. Beats me why Walthers would take the larger road instead of the smaller...
But at least it seems to be benefitting some of you S scalers... possibly and especially the S narrow gauge types, which I'm sure these couplers are more accurately scaled for.
