   Haha, Hi John, Can't get much more negative than making interested modelers 
qualify to join a group can they? 
   The difference in advancement between a closed and an open society becomes 
obvious if one looks around, North Korea and the USA for instance? If a group 
has been around years with less than 100 members it's stagnant. Who knows how 
many talented modelers have been turned off by the exclusiveness and joined 
elsewhere? ...DaveBranum
