HAW HAW HAW... that's funny, Ed... because the very first thing you read on the
main page of that group is the following statement :
"Conspiracy Group members must demonstrate some sort of Sn3.5 modeling
every 90 days to maintain their Membership!"
And I reply : My apologies if I didn't clearly make my point that I was
commenting mainly on what it takes to HAVE membership there and not necessarilt
yo ATTAIN membership. Yet the "Sn3.5" requirement in scale is not really any
different in focus than the
prototypical accuracy focus of the SSPM, so still... it makes my point.,, you
have to model in Sn3.5 there and prototypically in the SSPM.
Next, Ed said : "Look at the number of posts and you'll see what I mean. I've
been a member of private groups.
To which I reply : "Maybe... but so it's not really surprising considering how
much smaller their movement is from the standard S movement. But the SSPM
doesn't suffer from that level of inactivity, so your point isn't applicable to
the SSPM"
It's impossible to submit a membership request. You have to be invited."
And I reply : "... and your point is?"
Lastly, Ed : "As far as your infantile attitude goes, don't be too hard on
yourself John. We love you anyway."
And I close with : "Aw, gee... THANKS, Ed! I'll be on the lookout for my
christmas present in the mail from you as proof of that. And I'll make sure to
send you a few pairs of new SERGENT COUPLERS, some of my SCALE DRAFT GEAR BOXES
