 That's IMHO not an option, since missing dependencies will break any Sage
 upgrade anyway.

 P.S.: The attached diffs are still confusing. (One should at least
 change/update their descriptions.) For review, complete diffs between the
 old and new spkgs (of course excluding {{{src/}}}) would be helpful.
