warnings: numpy wonders why still the old size of flatiter is in the .c
files.
So what? Then just make them also depend on e.g. {{{$SAGE_LOCAL/lib/python
/site-packages/numpy/core/include/numpy/numpyconfig.h}}} (if ''that'' has
changed).
