And that's the problem: There are NO files which would have changed! Not
within sage/devel/sage-whateverbranch. And that's also the reason for the
warnings: numpy wonders why still the old size of flatiter is in the .c
files.
The only changes are in local/LIB/python/site-packages/numpy, and -b don't
care about those.
The only way to trick -b was to put in a comment to the certain files,
delete them again and save it, that sage -b recognices the changes.
I when kcrisman gives me feedback if numpy works now on ppc, I will put a
complete changelog here on trac. Perhaps over the weekend I find some time
for that.
