 Update: If you are changing the numpy.pxd file (for example insert a blank
 line and delete it) sage -b compile the dependent sources, but this file
 is in cython not in numpy.

 manual changes on the numpy header files didn't do anything.

 @Leif I know what you are trying to tell me. I would have expected that
 making a header dependent would get sage to resolve the dependencies and
 recompile the .pyx files also.

 But even little changes to the header files do nothing even if they are
 dependent, or I forced dependency.

 I didn't meant this as offense or something, I just told you what I had
 experienced in the
 early stages of this ticket.
 If you have a solution for example a diff with an entry that forces
 dependency, (plot3d for example) I could write the others in no time.



 Perhaps I do something wrong. If you know what the trouble is please tell
 me.
