Anette's letter was that of a typical goan who joined a group of
international group to start a new industry of ship building. While the
member from France, Germany. US spoke about the profits and the ways and
means to make this industry function to the maximum, the goan member got up
and said "But what if the ship sinks". I have been using reliance phone for
the last two and half years without any complaints. It works beautifully
well. You will be surprised to hear that my BSNL phone which is only
incoming. I have been getting calls from people acusing me of making blank
calls. How come when I cannot phone on this BSNL PHOne ? One must learn to
swim with the tide and also be with times. You cannot afford to be an
outdated old 386 computer which has only 16 MB ram.We have to be with times.
People in the gulf have been using ATM for decades without their money been
robbed. It looks as if the banks are very safe and you cannot be robbed in
the bank. It is more risky to withdraw money from the bank where everyone
knows how much you are withdrawing. Many times when you want to update the
pass book the clerk shouts out your balance and every one knows how much you
have and when you do not bother to write the bank slip yourself then you
tell loudly the amount you want to withdraw and then the amount figures on
the counting machine where every one knows how much the cashier has counted
