The code is GPL'ed so I have no objection to him using it but the source 
should be credited.

Very odd, when you find lots of files you have either created or 
modified are in "his" Scid.

I think end-users will find out for themselves. He is not very diligent 
about removing bugs - he wanted me to ignore some in his code and commit 
it to ChessDB, but I was unhappy until the bugs were removed.

I'm aware of a bug he has that could lead to crashes and potentially 
database corruption. I'll leave others to decide whether to use Shanes 
Scid, ChessDB or Scid-pg/enhanced Scid or whatever else Pascal chooses 
to call "his" code.
