I have my box checked to announce items in the locked screen but, when DND

and in its own setting.

Shazam And tagging on multiple devices

Hello everyone,

Have any of you used shazam on multiple devices? I have tagged many songs on my
old phone and now, that I have a new iPhone, I cannot see the tags from the old
phone. Do any of you know if there is an easy way to get them synced across
devices?

Thanks for your answers.,

Re: My thoughts on Siri and the iPhone 5

That is the big disadvantage in my opinion of using the weather app
that comes in IOS or SIRI getting data from it. Yahoo weather just
doesn't seem to be all that accurate, especially in microclimates. I'm

displays the information. So, in this case y ou have to use Voice Over.
However for the weather, scheduling reminders, meetings, making calls,

 otherwise.

Regarding the iTunes automatically sync folder, that is very interesting.
If I copy a folder of music to that folder, then sync to my iPhone, can I

I will listen to the FS podcasts and give it another crack.

Subject: Running the iTunes maze with jaws

  Hi all,
I've recently picked up a couple of apple devices for the first time, the
iPad3 and iPhone 5,and although I'm mostly very impressed with the abilities
of both devices with regards to accessibility, iTunes has got me stumped.
When I had my android phone, I was able to simply copy music from my
computer to the device and I was done.
Now I have to go through iTunes apparently, and so far it's a nightmare.
I've installed blind tunes, hoping that would make things easier, and I've
read through all the guides multiple times.
Frankly, the guides for blind tunes suck, and assume a level of
understanding of the way it works that the new user simply does not possess.
I've imported several folders of music into iTunes, and somehow was able
to sync the music to my iPhone, but I'm frankly not sure how I did it, it
only copied the music over after over an hour of trial and error, and I
cannot replicate what I did.
It seems it would be an easy thing to select an album, or create a
playlist and copy it over, especially with scripts built specifically for
this, but I must be missing the boat entirely somewhere.
Are any of you using blind tunes out there, or are you able to use iTunes
without the scripts for jaws? If so, any tips would be greatly appreciated,
or any links to where I can get more info.
I do not mind doing research, and I'm very computer literate, but this one
has been a frustrating experience so far.
I've got the latest version of iTunes running on a PC and jaws 13.
  Any help much appreciated.
  Thanks,
Che

Re: iPod Touch 5TH Generation battery issue

2012-10-25 Thread Richard Turner
Hi Sieghard and David,

The battery life is pretty good, but the odd part is that it acts as if 12
percent is the lowest it can go.
I plan to talk with them about getting a replacement, but you have to go
through their hoops first.

I just wanted to know if anyone else with the fifth generation touch are seeing
anything like this. I hope it isn't a wide spread issue, just my unit, the
more information I have from other 5th gen touch users, the better.

Thanks,
Richard

RE: Running the iTunes maze with jaws

2012-10-25 Thread Thom
Che,
If you take the folder out of the auto sync folder, it will take it away
from your phone when you do your next sync.

The way that Tracy and I do our music is to each have a playlist of our own.

To add to the playlist, use the application key and arrow up, find add to
playlist, and find your playlist.

Then you can sync the playlists you want.

So on the iPad, we can have both playlists, and on each of our phone, have
our own playlist.
If we add or remove songs from our playlist, it will update the device on
mext sync.

HTH,

Thom

Ok, thanks guys very much for the input.
Regarding the iTunes automatically sync folder, that is very interesting.
If I copy a folder of music to that folder, then sync to my iPhone, can I
then remove the folder from the auto sync folder without it being removed
from the phone?
I will listen to the FS podcasts and give it another crack.
Thanks for the offer Tom, might take you up on that if I can't get my
mushy brain to absorb the instructions.
  Later,
Che

  Thanks,
Che

RE: VoiceOver Volume During Phone Call

2012-10-25 Thread Sieghard Weitzel
Hi Arnold,

Most people have the opposite problem which means you can hear Voiceover
just fine during a call when you use the headset and very poorly without
when the call is on speakerphone. I don't think it will be hard to raise
Voiceover volume when using the headset, keep in mind that the iPhone
remembers volume settings with the headphone separately from those on
speaker.

First you should add volume to the rotor. Do this by going to "Settings",
"General", "Accessibility", "Voiceover" and "Rotor Settings". Find volume
and double tap it so it says "Selected", then exit the settings. Now when
you are on a call to an automated system, wait until the call connects, then
turn the rotor to Volume and do a single finger flick up several times until
Voiceover volume is where you want it. Don't forget to turn the rotor back
to Characters or Words so you don't accidently change the volume again, as
long as you do that the volume should stay at the level you set.

Let me know if you need help with the rotor, in order to move to different
rotor settings you put 2 fingers on the screen maybe an inch or so apart and
then make a turning motion like if you were grabbing the head of a screw and
you were screwing it in. You can do this either clockwise or counter
clockwise.

Good luck,

Sieghard

Subject: VoiceOver Volume During Phone Call

I got my IPhone 5 last Sunday, and let us say, I know more about it than I
did, but have a lot more to go. Thanks to Anna Dresner and Dean Martineau's
book, this list, and other tutorials, I will learn it.

My first question: When I call one of these automated services where I have
to press a given number for a given result, VoiceOver volume drops off to
almost nothing. It is better on the speaker phone than on the earbuds,
where I barely can tell it is saying anything as I slide my finger around
the screen, trying to find that number. I can hear it better when the
automated system stops talking, but I then have very little time to do
anything before it disconnects.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Actually, this is a bug with Voice-Over. Go in to settings, general,
accessibility VoiceOver and the last item will be announce items in the lock

RE: How do I access my favorites in the contacts list

2012-10-25 Thread Sieghard Weitzel
Hi Hope,

Favourites are only in the Phone app, it's a feature of the Phone app so to
speak that you can designate certain contacts as Favourites, but there is no
Favourite group in the Contacts app. Not a bad idea actually although you
could just go into the Phone app, I have the Favourites tab selected as my
default so it always goes into that when I first go into the Phone app and
if I want to get information like address or an email I just tap on the More
button to the right of each Favourite.

Hi Richard,

I had the same problem when I bought my first iPod Touch which was a third
Generation back in 2009. I did basically the same as you which is what Apple
support wanted me to do. Then I phoned them back and told them it was still
going through the battery like crazy and they asked me to send it back and I
received a new unit. I wouldn't fool around, just insist on getting a new
one since you tried everything.

I charged it to a full charge and then used it for close to 7 hours when it

I spoke with Apple and they had me reset all settings. I brought it to a

shut itself down again.
I don't know if VO is misreporting the battery lifeor what.
Any other touch 5th Gen users having any similar experience?

Re: app for accessing IE favourites saved on PC?

2012-10-25 Thread David Chittenden
Yes, it is called iTunes and it runs on a computer. With it, you can set up
syncing of your favourites, contacts, calendar appointments, notes, and even
back up your entire iPhone. You can also set up most of this syncing through
Apple's iCloud, or even Google.

Some people say unfortunately we really need to use iTunes. I personally say
fortunately we can accomplish everything through iTunes, so once we learn it,
it works fine. Much better, in fact, than the Nokia Suite with the Nokia
phones, which became unusable as time continued. ITunes, on the other hand, has
become more accessible over time.

Re: Reading Bookshare books

2012-10-25 Thread David Chittenden
Whether one voice is better, worse, or the same as another voice is completely
subjective, so not worth even taking the time to post an answer about.

Do you like the voice on the iPhone? If so, it is possible to set Read2Go to
use VO to read your books. If not, Read2Go has two voices, a male and a female,
which you can try.

Re: Reading Bookshare books

2012-10-25 Thread Richard Turner
Yes, if you like the Acapella voices it is certainly better.
Or,you can use VoiceOverto read but that presents some other issues.
The Acapella voices that come with the Read2Go app will read continuously if
you want them to, which is great. If you turn them off and use VoiceOver,
itwill only read to the end of a given section. A sectionmight be as little as
a page, or the entire book; it depends on how the book is setup.
In either case, in my opinion, anything is better than the Victor Reader voice
for Bookshare books.

Richard

Check under Settings/Notifications/Do not disturb. It may be scheduled
to run during a specific time period i.e. 11 pm to 7 am. You can
adjust or disable that schedule in the settings as well as change some
other preferences for do not disturb, such as whether you want

iPod Touch 5TH Generation battery issue

2012-10-25 Thread Richard Turner
I have had the iPod Touch 5TH Generation for 4 days now.
I charged it to a full charge and then used it for close to 7 hours when it got
to 12 percent, it shut itself down.
I spoke with Apple and they had me reset all settings. I brought it to a full
charge again, and once again when it got to 12 percent battery left, it shut
itself down again.
I don't know if VO is misreporting the battery lifeor what.
Any other touch 5th Gen users having any similar experience?

Thanks,
Richard

Starting to stray from iOS - Was Re: Buying books from Audible.

2012-10-25 Thread Raul A. Gallegos
Just a friendly reminder that the Audible topic, while interesting, is
straying from iOS discussions. It's ok to talk about the Audible app and
how to transfer audible content to and from your iOS device, but it's
off topic to keep going on about their pricing plans, what's good and
not good, what's better and what's not.

Many thanks.

RE: new color visor app, and, IOS6 sluggish

2012-10-25 Thread Daniel Miller
Hi Kerri,

I don't know anything about color visor, but I'd say that iOS 6 sluggishness
on the 3G S is due to the limited ram and processing power that phone has,
compared to the newer models. Someone in the family has a 3G S as well, and
I've used VoiceOver on it, and it's just as sluggish as you described.
I'm not really sure there's anything you can do to rectify it, since it
seems to be hardware problems.

When I click on ColorVisor in the apps page of my phone, it opens just fine,
but then the color scanner comes on and it constantly scans everything

to only scan when I want to scan, or is it made to scan constantly like
that? Also, IOS 6 is very sluggish with VoiceOver. I just downloaded the

frequently and opening pages extra slowly and making the speech stutter.
Any ideas on either of these topics?

  Thanks,
Che

but have a lot more to go. Thanks to Anna Dresner and Dean Martineau's book,
this list, and other tutorials, I will learn it.

My first question: When I call one of these automated services where I have to
press a given number for a given result, VoiceOver volume drops off to almost
nothing. It is better on the speaker phone than on the earbuds, where I barely
can tell it is saying anything as I slide my finger around the screen, trying
to find that number. I can hear it better when the automated system stops
talking, but I then have very little time to do anything before it disconnects.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Arnold Schmidt

can't activate links in facebook posts

2012-10-25 Thread Jodie Hoger
Hi List, I am having real trouble activating links that are posted within a
post on facebook. Is anyone having success with this? Using a 4s with IOS 6. I
have several facebook apps but not having much luck with any of them. an
example would be someone posting from a website like a shopping site that
gives a message about their latest sale and then include the WWW address to
click on that will take you to that particular page.
Any advice?
thanks,
Jo

You can sync them with iTunes or with the free iCloud Control Panel for Windows.

Not sure what you mean. You can use all of your credits at once if you wish.

Shish! I had the same problem this morning; I called the Duluth (Minnesota)
Lighthouse Center for Vision Loss and asked one of the techies what I should
do.

Aaron instructed me to do the "3 finger tap" three times to re-activate
speech. so I tried the "Home key 3 times" to enable Siri and that didn't
help neither. But I could swear that I was certain Siri was running I did
the "3 finger tap" twice and that re-activated speech.

And, you know, I still don't know what in heck I did in the first place to
turn speech off in the first place!

I think your only options are to turn VoiceOver on using iTunes or to have a
sighted person go into Settings/General/Accessibility/VoiceOver and turn it
on there. Sorry I don't have better news.

Hi, it gets it from the local weather app which comes on the iPhone. I
think the app gets it from Yahoo weather if I remember right. Although
you can ask Siri about the weather in different cities all over the

However for the weather, scheduling reminders, meetings, making calls,

If you have that on, you can just bring the phone up to your face, and you
should hear the tone for Siri. when you finish, just take it away from your

Does it have a learning or practice mode for new or novice users of morse code?

Not exactly, but within the option dialogue there is an interactive table with all the characters, numbers, puntuactions and special
Morse Commands you may read and listening to by typing over each symbol.

For instance, you may heard "B: dash dot dot dot" and if you double tap it, the
device will play its morse sound.
The app runs on the iPad as well.

problem of actions taking focus

One thing that is going to drive me quite insane in IOS 6 is that
when viewing messages most of the time, although it seems not all,
the rotar somehow is set to select actions. Thus, when I thought I

Actions is not something I can exclude from the rotar from within the

Re: Verizon Unlimited Calling and Shared Data

2012-10-25 Thread Raul A. Gallegos
Hi, this is what I recently did when my wife upgraded from the Samsung
Galaxy to the iPhone 4S and when my daughter upgraded from the iPhone 3
to the 4. The phone for my daughter is the 8gb iPhone 4 for 1 dollar.
So, we would have had to start paying data on her plan. Rather than
adding $30 for the data, we switched to the 6gb plan with the 3 phones
and are paying close to the same amount, plus we get tethering now as
well. So, no more having to sneak it with PDA Net. It's still a rip-off,
but we were assimilated anyway.

After upgrading to 6.0 I have been having an issue when writing in the

issue that Voice Over is still saying the characters I have typed,
catching up to where I had finished. When I get to page twenty or so
this problem gets worse, where it takes Voice Over quite a bit longer
to catch up to where I stopped typing.

Has anyone else seen this issue? Any ideas on how to resolve it?

Hi Paul,

I think your only options are to turn VoiceOver on using iTunes or to have a
sighted person go into Settings/General/Accessibility/VoiceOver and turn it
on there. Sorry I don't have better news.

Re: bluetooth speakers for Iphone

2012-10-25 Thread Steve
The Bigr Jambox by Jawbone is better than the Bose, I have both. The Bose
has slightly better bass, but you can adjust the iPhone equalizer if you
want to mimick that on the Bigger Jambox. Ease of use in terms of pairing,
knowing remaining battery life, the ability to answer phone calls on the
Jambox, the ability to skip back and forward through music are all features
available on the Jambox that the Bose SoundLink cannot duplicate.

Take my advice, I don't use it anyway.

Verizon Unlimited Calling and Shared Data

2012-10-25 Thread Eric SS
I called Verizon today just to evaluate my plan. They told me I could switch my
three lines to a plan with unlimited calling and 6 GB of shared data. Doing so
was $188 per month, $10 less than what I have been paying.

I hope this wasn't just a case of a rep not knowing what she was doing, but it
seems like a very good deal. Also, you know longer will half to pay separate
for hotspot, although hotspot data comes out of your total six Gigabytes.

Re: Buying books from Audible.

2012-10-25 Thread Kawal Gucukoglu
Hello Sieghard

Before, when I first bought the Audible App, it didn't matter what quality the
files were be it enhanced or standard, the books were played in mono. This was
very noticable when you downloaded a drama and all you got mono recordings. I
don't know if you like the Trials ofDoctor Crippin or any other trial in that
series, but I called customer care and asked them to get the files in stereo.
So now we have everything in stereo. As for signing up again and again, you
use the same e-mail address as many times as you like a long with the same
password.

RE: question about the lg hbs730 bluetooth headset.

2012-10-25 Thread Kramlinger, Keith G., M.D.
For what it's worth, I just went in to Amazon to purchase either the 730's or
the 700's. Amazon indicated they're not currently selling the 730's through
their site because they are aware of some customer complaints, but they were
vague whether the complaints were about the product, it's description on
Amazon,or some issue with delivery.

Raul,

Please see my other email. I can't speak for the 730's but I have had
a 700 for nearly a year, as has my fiance, and a bunch of friends.
None of us has has a problem with ours (OK one of my fiance's earbuds
stopped working, but he could have done that himself, as he never
seems to keep the buds in the magnetic holders). Other than that the
rest of ours seem to work well. I've never had people tell me they
can't hear me and I can usually hear them.

Now, I will say the bluetooth picks up noise around the user -- for
example if my fiance is on the bus, I can here others like they are
right on top of him! He's expressed the same about those around me.

LIke you I'd really want to order the 730's but am a bit leary about
the reviews.

Re: Buying books from Audible.

2012-10-25 Thread Wayne Merritt
I really like the Audible memberships too. I am on the platnum
monthly, which is enough for me. Paying $22.95 monthly is more
economical than paying $200+ annually. Besides, if I got 12 or 24
credits all at once, then I would likely burn through them quickly and
then be forced to pay another $200 or wait 6 or 12 months for the next
batch of credits. I can't afford to pay $200 each time I want 12
credits, even if it is a good deal. Guess that's why they have
different options for different folks. The other part of this is I
have many books on my phone that I bought from Audible, started or
haven't started, and are just sitting there now. Audible is great
about offering frequent sales, buy 3 credits for $34, or other
promotions. I saw one several months ago where you could get 2 books
for the price of 1, which was a great deal. The books came from a
selection of about 100 books, but still.

Notes question

2012-10-25 Thread Denny Schwab
Hello,

After upgrading to 6.0 I have been having an issue when writing in the
Notes Application. Usually starting around page 10 or so, I get an
issue that Voice Over is still saying the characters I have typed,
catching up to where I had finished. When I get to page twenty or so
this problem gets worse, where it takes Voice Over quite a bit longer
to catch up to where I stopped typing.

Has anyone else seen this issue? Any ideas on how to resolve it?

Thanks,

Denny

Yes it appears to pull the data from the native app. I know you can ask
Siri to launch apps but do not know about third party ones.

Just say, "what's the weather today" and she will tell you. If Voice
Over is off she'll just tell you the temp, but if Voice Over is on, you
will get the temp, plus whatever shows up on the screen. Like the high
and low for the day.

RE: Buying books from Audible.

2012-10-25 Thread Sieghard Weitzel
Hi Kawal,

You used to buy books directly from the app, but Apple has made that
impossible. I guess it could still be possible if Audible which of course
means Amazon were to agree to pay Apple their percentage whatever that is
for every book purchased through the app.

By the way, what do you mean "it's in stereo now"? You still have to set
your audio book quality in your preference, 1 through 4 and Enhanced. I
personally prefer 4 as it is vey good yet the files are much smaller than
with enhanced.

I know you can cancel your membership and sign up again and you can also
sign up with multiple emails so you get your first free book, but I
personally don't want to have to manage multiple Audible accounts and I use
it constantly so this is not for me. I haven't looked at the membership
options so until now I wasn't aware that you could prepay the Gold or
Platinum membership for the year and save a bit of money. When you mentioned
you bought 12 credits I thought it was some other promotion or deal and not
just the prepaid Gold membership. I will definitely switch to a prepaid
annual membership as well, but right now I have 12 books in my library I
haven't read yet from their last big $4.95 sale, so once I need more books
I'll go ahead and buy the 24 credits.

What will it's price be?

Hi Raul, I also run the app you mentioned and yes, it works.
VOCwKeyer anyway has special commands specifically designed for VoiceOver users
that Morse2Text doesn't have. For example, by typing
the morse code for letters "VO" without separation time, as: "...", VO will
read all the inserted text. By typing the command
"SMS" without separations, the app will copy the inserted text and send it to
the SMS app, or, throw the ML command, to the Mail
App.
By typing the commands QRQ and QRS, without separations, you can change the
speed on the flight. By typing a serie of 8 dots, or a
couple of letter "H" without separation in between them, you may erase the last
entered word.
More over, you will have complete control over the character separator time and
word separator time and you can use speeds up to 45
Word Per Minute.

We sent the app to the store almost a week ago and we hope it will be out soon.

Enjoy, if you like.

Gabriel.

Re: question about the lg hbs730 bluetooth headset.

2012-10-25 Thread Katey Glass

Re: bluetooth headphones/earbuds

2012-10-25 Thread Katey Glass
I have the LG HBS700 but there is a new version out the HBS 730. I've
never had a problem with the HBS700 as no one has complained I didn't
sound good on them while talking to them on the phone. I find them
comfortable and can wear them for hours. Music is OK as well, I
realize not as good as a more expensive headset, but better than the
el cheap-o ones at the Dollar Store.

Now I've had no problems with dropped calls, of course if you get too
far you can hear static. I've read the reviews of the 730 and I'm
interested, as they supposedly have a better sound both on calls &
while listening to music. However, there seems to be a decrease in
the bluetooth, where even sometimes if a phone is in a pocket or
behind the user, they claim they drop the call. They seem to be a
fairly new product, so maybe I'll get them to compair, my 700's still
work pretty well, but my fiance needs a new bluetooth as one of his
ear buds no longer works. I'll have to think if I'll get 2 sets.

does anyone on list have the 730's? Feedback would be excellent.

Re: Mac verses Ipad

2012-10-25 Thread Chuck Dean
Hi Tim,
The Mac mini came with the VGA adaptor, which I didn't know at the
time, so I bought one at the Apple store. I think it was $30.
I have also got an A B switch for my large print, illuminated
keyboard, so I can use it with both machines.

Re: Mac verses Ipad

2012-10-25 Thread Kawal Gucukoglu
I remember having no access to computers at all. My first acquaintance with a
computer was using word star as there was no jaws etc. When I first started
working, I had to use word perfect 5.1 before I got to use jaws 2.2 or whatever
it was. I grew up at school with no computers, just a perkins braille machine
and an electric typewriter.

Just for the record, I think I'm very lucky to have access to any kind of
access technology as there are many people in the developing world who have no
such thing. I am entitled to my opinions although they come over strong but I
don't mean them too hence they can be interpreted the wrong way. I apologise
if people have thought I have been unfair.

Another trick you can do as I've done this often in the past as I've been a
member since 2010, is buy some credits, cancel your membership immediately.
Then two minutes, rejoin and you get another load of credits. You can do this
as often as you like as it's not against their policy. My X husband found this
out by accident so I tried it and it's worked ever since.

Just say, "what's the weather today" and she will tell you. If Voice
Over is off she'll just tell you the temp, but if Voice Over is on, you
will get the temp, plus whatever shows up on the screen. Like the high

Hi, I'm a very new iPhone user and I have to admit that this iPhone 5 with

Only thing, I'm being told Siri isn't available. I have several questions:

1) What did I do to disable Siri?

2) How do I enable Siri again?

RE: Buying books from Audible.

Thanks, Sieghard.

Such a deal I'm getting and I didn't even know it. Actually, at one point, I

Hi Keith,

Yes, I actually just called them and was told about buying upfront. I wasn't
aware of that just as I only learned last week about their return policy. I
just did the math and the 24-credit Platinum Membership paid for the year is
$229.50 whereas it is $22.95 a months which works out to $275.40 a year. By
paying upfront you save $45.90. The good thing is that by paying upfront I
can also buy another 24 credits anytime, so if I used up my 24 credits after
4 months and am willing to pay another $229.50 I can immediately get another
24 credits where with the monthly plan you just have to wait for your next 1
or 2 credits to arrive depending on whether you have Gold or Platinum.
Buying annually works out to $9.56 per credit which is not bad for a
full-length audio book and I only buy unabridged novels and rarely do I buy
a book that is less than 9 or 10 hours in length. Of course you still get
the $4.95 promotions or by 3 books for 2 credits etc.
It's actually scary how much I spend on books, I signed up for my Audible
membership in March of 2010 so I have now been a member for 2 years and 7
months and when I just checked my Listener Page I realized I bought 513
books in that time with 82 this year. Only approx. 62 or 63 were from the
credits I normally get which leaves approx. .
450 books I purchased either by buying the 3 credits for $34 promo or a
$4.95 promo etc. Of course in the old days when we didn't have a super
portable player like an iPhone or even the Stream or Booksense it was harder
to listen everywhere you go.
The good thing is that I don't mind listening to good books repeatedly and
along with a few hundred titles I have on my computer from before I have
plenty I haven't listened to in years.
Of course I wish Audible offered an even better membership option to people
like me who spend so much so that the price per credit/book dropped down to
maybe around $6 or $7. I calculated at one point that given I spend about
$11 for the credits I buy and I buy a lot on their $4.95 sales that my
average price per book is about $8, so not so bad after all.

Take care,
Sieghard

Hi Sieghard,

I have a Platinum membership. I elected to pay the annual amount up-front,
and they gave me the 24 credits for the year immediately. I like this
flexibility much more, when there's a 3rd or even 4th book I want to read in
a month. Give them a call to discuss.

Hi Kawal,

Are you subscribed with a monthly membership? I have never seen an option to
purchase 12 or 24 credits when I log in to Audible.com with my user name and
password. I have the Platinum Membership which is $22.95 US a months and for
that I get 2 credits which means just under $11.50 per credit and since just
about all books are 1 credit it's basically $11.50 a book. The prices you
mentioned for 12 or 24 credits are quite a bit lower even if I convert them
to US Dollars. As a member I often get promotions where I can buy 3 extra
credits for $34, so basically about the same, about 11.35 a credit and of
course the best offers are those occasional sales when they have a list of
100 or 200 books for $4.95 a book or the "Buy 3 books for 2 credits" promo
which sometimes happens. I guess maybe they have different offers in the UK
as they have here in the US/Canada.
