Not quite on point but, I once folded a zephal fender up against the
rear brake.
I think there were 3 or 4 180s in the stack against the brake.
I cleared the cause, straightened it out and it was fine.
I believe those fenders were very similar to the ones riv sells now.

I don't know much about metal working but would expect the nature of
aluminum to make it difficult to reform without it breaking but please post

I recently put a wald basket on the Marks rack on the front of my QB. Can't say

I use the 6700RD with a 9x2 speed , closely spaced, HG cassette, the Connex
908 chain, and Silver DT shifters on my Ram. This may be the best shifting
I have ever had, including SIS. it's not obvious to me that 10 speed
offers recreational riders enough advantage to justify the added cost and
I like the look of the Ultegra and like the Alfine single ring with
chainguard even more. Have one on my Surly Cross Check. The lines just
seem to flow in a way I like. And the Q factor falls into the range I
happen to prefer. Guess having fat thighs can have an advantage.

Apparently a man in Mass recently was killed in a solo bike crash when his
fork failed. The fork was subject to a recall in 2008, and presumably he
didn't know about the recall. Folks in the cycling community in general

I've got VO aluminum 45mm fenders, and the initial way I tried to mount
them, the daruma wasn't giving me enough tire clearance under the front
fork. I ended up switching to an L bracket, and had much more success.
