Well, as far as my knowledge goes, queer was never an offencive word.
Now a days there's an entire genre of literature known as queer
literature or queer fiction.

 by queer community do you mean the lgbt community?

I have never been one to care about what words are used as long as the
intent behind them is good,and hoping that is the case here, you may want
to know that the word queer is really offencive.
 I did not mean to nitpick that too in an intro topic,but I apologise I

madam, you cannot smell all masalas, as you will have problem while smelling 
for example pepper powderchillly powder.  it can go in yore nose. to 
identify you can contact saksham they have special lables which will help 
you to identify all yore masalas and other material.

First of all, i am thanking to all for giving all the possible
solutions according to my situation, i will be happy if i can get more
and more solution because i don't want to give up.

At Milan sir, thank you so much, i respect your suggestion regarding
AICB Delhi, as i said, currently i'm working in TCS and it is not
possible for me to go to Delhi for cooking courses, as i'm looking for
any online materials or any mailing list or whats app group so it will
be easy for me.
it will be great if i can get any contact number of AICB Delhi so at
list i can take there's suggestion, the Pen Friend device sounds
great, which i shall surely purchess from Saksham.

considering your location, i prefer to seek  advise from them. this
can surely be achieved by arranging the few  direct meetings with them
and learn the same face to face.

technology surely comes to your assistance in performing these daily
routine  tasks but without getting yourself acquainted with the common
sense to identify problems, to develop the general perception on
learning these skills, technological usage can merely remains
impracticable.

myself had recommended few girls recently for their training and so

following are my views on your quarries.

Cooking by a visually impaired is challenge one. It is not that much
difficult if she did before marage under the supervision of her family
members.
preparing thosa and rolling chappathi in a round shape is some what
difficult.  But a a roller machine was recently invented and i don't
know about its accessibility.
To make different dishes in different tastes, you can refer the websites.

sugar has different smell  better you could put  these in a
different structured boxes.

Visually impaired couple can travel alone with the help of cane.  once
you started to use it, it will march the step before your feet and
help you to identify the path.

actually, above questions does not have the correct answers
but, experience might help you to overcome from all these issues
bying growcerys, medicin is easy now a days, get it online
identifying the masalas and sugar is not a dificulty task if you ask
me, once u bot the masalas and sugar, put it in the seperate dabbas,
and remember the dabbas location properly
be good with neibours so that, they will help you to get orientation  stuff

Could you try and see if SAP can be made accessible with NVDA because
with JAWS it is accessible if proper  accessibility standards are
followed, but incase of NVDA it is not at all accessible or will it be

home town is  District Moradabad in U.P. I am student of law, I
completed my 5 year B.A.LL.B from Aligarh Muslim University in 2009,
thereafter I joined JNU for M.Phil in International Legal
Studies/Masters in International Law 2009-2011. Presently I am in
final year in Masters of Law from Faculty of Law University of Delhi.
I have cleared UGC JRF in the subject Law recently.
I am interested to learn about the assistive technology and all

Ph.D. dissertation.

Am employed in nationalised Canara Bank as an Officer was hearing 
impaired since childhood and now got married to another 
orthopedically handicapped n both legs named K S Nagarathna 
employed in LIC of India, I fulfilled her life with  two childrens 
named KS Nagaprasad  K S Cauvery, own house and finally 
handicapped driven car etc.   Presently I am serving with Shimoga 
District Physically Handicapped Welfare Sangha [Regd] as it's 
General Secretary and assisting thousands more disabled people in 
solving their grievances with amicable settlement. I am included 
in several international  national biographical notes published 
by prominent publishers around the world. And am selected as 
stake-holder at Ministry of Social Justice  Empowerment, Govt.of 
India, New Delhi for amending disability act for list of stake

Development Programme department,USA, has recently selected me for
