Hi Eric,

I am not sure what this thread is about, but I heard FreeBSD, have you
checked https://www.xfiles.dk/guide-on-how-to-install-qmail-on-freebsd/? I
once used that and it did work. And the guy is also my friend.

[qmailtoaster] spoofing display name

2020-08-22 Thread Tahnan Al Anas
Dear Eric,

Recently I have observed all of my servers getting spoofed display name
spam mail. Which mean someone spoofing my user display name only and
sending lots of spam which my user thinking came from their boss or someone
important in the organization. Is there any rule which can stop spoof
display name spam in spamassasine?

2020-08-18 Thread Tahnan Al Anas
Hi Eric,

I have been trying to figure out how I can change root and system email
that send failure notices, and other system related information. In my
servers, root mail sent to r...@citechco.net though server hostname is
qmail1.citechco.net. I require to configure all mail should sent
r...@qmail1.citechco.net.

I tried alias in booth /var/qmail/alias and in etc/aslias it do not work.

It is very easy, you need replace image on qmail image folder and need to
change all html files. Better I'll provide a non branded zip file, which
can be use to create for all.

It's ok Eric, just put the qmail updated version down for moment, I will
provide a non branding zip file within 10 days. The zip file I gave was
made for my previous company where i was doing job.

Or you can replace image file and also need to edit html and .c files to
make it non-branded.

Re: [qmailtoaster] qmaiadmin modification

2019-09-09 Thread Tahnan Al Anas
Hi Eric,

You need to change the IP user.c file for each server and reinstall it,
that's why I asked how to re install qmailadmin after complete of
installation qmailtoaster.

https://box.gtabd.com/index.php/s/gPBWRCTWYwHCNSq

babove link you will get complete package. I will design a general
qmailadmin images letter.

[qmailtoaster] qmaiadmin modification

2019-09-06 Thread Tahnan Al Anas
Hi,

I would like to know how do I modify qmailadmin html and c files then
re-implement it in qmailtoaster? I have a modified version running in my
old qmail server, but I am unable to implement those changes in
qmailtoaster. I tried to change rpm but have very little knowledge about
rpm rebuild

Re: [qmailtoaster] password modification issue

2019-08-31 Thread Tahnan Al Anas
Hi Eric,

Thanks for replying, I think issue is related with dovecot process limit.
Can you tell me which file I need to modify to increase dovecot process
limit? normally it should be present in dovecot.con file. I am attaching my
dovecot file with this mail.

master: Warning: service(imap-login): process_limit (100) reached, client
connections are being dropped

Re: [qmailtoaster] Emails to Spam folder

2019-08-26 Thread Tahnan Al Anas
Basically Gmail put mail in spam folder for various reasons, I have found
after hosing new domain in my qmail server, I need to check spf, dkim dmarc
settings, even if all are ok, still gmail sent mail to spam folder, I need
to check reverse forward record and also need to work to improve domain
reputation, this is not an issue with qmail server, rather it is related
with gmail's filtering. You have to work to improve server and domain's
reputation for that.

Sometime I chat with google to get my other domain's mail in inbox by
sending them to gsuite account.

[qmailtoaster] Issue with mail delivery spam folder

2019-07-23 Thread Tahnan Al Anas
Hi Eric,

I thought about that and checked before. There is no such file or script
not in /home/fiberdesignsourcing.com/ or /home/
fiberdesignsourcing.com/domains/fiberdesignsourcing.com/zahir/Maildir/

There is only .qmail file which have ./Maildir text. This issue happen in
multiple server. I guess this might have something to with webmail
application. I will check and update all. If you have any other suggestion
please let advice.

you suggest what can be done to prevent mail getting delivered at spam box?
They prefer to get it in inbox.

Re: [qmailtoaster] qmailamdin issue

2019-03-23 Thread Tahnan Al Anas
Dear Eric,

I mean the way I configured qmailadmin for qmail server before is not
similar for qmail toaster. Qmailadmin installation for qmailtoaster is spm
based, so I think if I like to modify qmailadmin, I need to modify rpm
package which I don't know how to do. So if there is a way to configure
qmailadmin for qmailtoaster like i did previously from my qmail script, I
would easily modify qmailadmin. I am attaching my script for your
understanding.

[qmailtoaster] qmailamdin issue

2019-03-22 Thread Tahnan Al Anas
Hi Eric,

I require to know how do I re-install qmailadmin package on installed qmail
server. Previously after modifying html css and c files, I used to
re-install qmailadmin package and check the modifications. But the way I
did install qmail is not working for qmailtoaster. The following steps I
did before

*cd /downloads/*

*tar zxvf qmailadmin-***.tar.gz*

*cd qmailadmin-

*export LDFLAGS=-L/usr/lib64/mysql*

*./configure --enable-cgibindir=/var/www/cgi-bin
--enable-htmldir=/var/www/html --libdir=/usr/lib64/ --enable-modify-quota*

*make && make install-strip*

After that, I manually copy image and html files to respective directory. I
need to know this because I am trying modifying qmailadmin.

What you should maybe add, is the password check complexity and not allow an

Hi Eric,

I have qmailadmin package which is modified with good looking html css and can
login to squireemail directly. Would you allow it to integrate with
qmailtoaster? I am willing to share the pacakge for all. Also this qmailadmin
