deleting flagged messages. If that takes 10 minutes then so be it, at least
you'll have peace of mind knowing it's done what you asked. As it is, it

This last release was my best twilight moment with TB! IMAP. By
'twilight moment', I mean a period of pleasure where things are going
well, and then I encounter trouble which nullifies my initial elation.
:) This has been the routine with each step forward. The steps are
there though. It's improving, but ATM, I share your final assessment

When I use TB!, the server runs on the same machine so my connection is
very fast and still with strange delays. These do not occur when
browsing an average mailbox that isn't receiving mail frequently.
However, the problems start when the mailbox is big and aggravated even
further if you're browsing the mailbox and new messages are being
frequently added as you do so. I'm just thinking now that threading may
have something to do with this and will try without threading enabled.
I doubt it though.

I also have deletion problems similar to Tony's, but they are only
sporadic and leaves me wondering what causes it.

I we had a changelog for .17 we would be able to see if something was done

ugly on their systems.

There was something done on icons for v3.5.0.14. Some icons (properties,
status bar) hadn't any transparency and therefore showed black border and
background.

With v3.5.0.14 (until now, of course) the problems was solved.

First of all, thank you for the prompt work on this problem.

Second, I've just installed the above and I'll keep an eye on it over
the next six hours.

I'm anticipating everything will be fine.

Have a super day.

Okay, Maxim, I'm ready to try. I did get .17 from the .rar this time.
Should I revert to 3.5.0.10 and then try with msi professional .17?

Or shall I wait for your next msi offering?

I installed the home.msi over my previous installation. The old entry was
from version 3.0.1.33 (I did not try the other beta MSI's), and the new
installer worked fine for me. No double entry in ControlPanel/ARP here.

However, clicking on Support information shows the version number as
3.5.*10*.17 while the program says 3.5.0.17.

I can slightly increase the memory usage if I browse messages in the
messagelist heavily (ie. quickly clicking on random messages). Memory usage
increases with every three or five messages, it goes down again as well,
but not all the way to where it was before you started clicking wildly. :-)

I think it was Liz who described this first a week or two ago.

This is simply the Search toolbar of the message viewer window, which
is docked next to its Standard toolbar by default. For some reason,
the Search toolbar then takes the initial focus, when you open the
window initially. Obviously, the focus should be on the message body.

Note that this does NOT happen when you undock the Search toolbar, or
turn it off. (I always turn it off, I rather just use the normal Find
command. Btw, turning off this toolbar only works since 3.5.0.16 or
so :)
