A vh student is being refused extra time during examination by the Burdwan
university. According to them, vh students are eligible for scribe only. Other
disabled persons having writing problem are eligible for extra time.
I checked the StatusNote.pdf file downloaded from the UGC site.
my question was regarding credit card. i used netbanking to pay my premium,
but, recently LIC has introduced payment system via credit card. i can get
benifit of grace period if i pay it by credit card. if i pay by netbanking,
my account will immidiately be debited. if the matter will remain
