Faking is faking, be it faking disability or faking to be an IAS officer or a
police officer or a tax man! It all falls under Section 420. Perhaps a few

Faking a certificate is a crime, and as such a more appropriate place
is the crpc I think. Anyways the RPD bill is not even entirely clear
about the punishment if any, due to non-compliance of its empowering
provisions. Let them fix that first.
