Hi,
There is a dedicated portal for central level which is:
rtionline.gov.in
And there are separate portals for respective states as well.
I might be rong but, as per my information in some states there is no such
provision.
In that case, you will have to file RTI offline.

On Fri,
Hello everyone,
I hope you all are doing well.
As the subject line suggests, I want to file an RTI.
And usually they send information in the form of print.
But, if I want information in accessible format,
Then do I have to mention about my disability.
