I don't have a bunch of prepay accounts like that, but there ones I do I simply negotiate a different rate (like 10% off) and then change the monthly. Since it's 12 month billing cycle when it runs it does 12xMRC. Then the customers card gets charged or the invoice tells them the annual cost. I

yeah, thats what we are currently doing, but it generates 2X the number of rate plans and we are modifying our tiers to usage only but need to control the speed based on the capability of the equipment and quality of the install, it ultimately requires 36 standard rate plans to choose from to keep
