I talked to the Exede guys at AF. After running a speedtest with 650+ms of
latency they told me that their VoIP works perfectly. I called BS and they
had it hooked up and said feel free. I called my wife and had about a five
minute conversation. I have noticed worse lag on the AT&T VoIP service
I was reading about it on Streakwave site but it doesn't give that much info.
They are only 100.00 more and have 8 more ports. I think that make them worth
it and I have too heard that they are better switches with less packet loss and
better performance.

Anything with a reconnectable alternator should be able to do 139/240 or

All generators seem to have a habit of not starting exactly when you need them.
I have used lots of generacs with pretty good success. Onan and Cat are
supposed to be better but have had trouble with those too. Generac has
autotest. Not sure of the latest ones are IP or not.

I think Kurt’s point, which I agree with, is this is a PTP product, and
backhaul latencies get multiplied by the number of hops, while you only have
one “last mile”.
You can perhaps use licensed or other FDD radios for the first few hops and go
cheap with the last few hops at the farthest reach

When you look at how many DNS lookups and TCP connections are involved in
displaying a webpage, often in a sequential process, I think it does matter.
Someone with a fast computer will notice. Someone on a phone or tablet not so
much due to CPU limitations.
