Those are called LCAC’s, can carry 60 tons. Retired Navy Chief, love those things. They could bring them ashore at places like Roosevelt Roads but the rest of the island logistics as has been mentioned is also the issue. I am sure the Navy is full on deployed right now to help deal with this.
