The last time we had this kind of problem, we were using timing-cable
sync. When we (1) switched to sync over power, and (2) added low-pass
ferrite toroids, the problems went away.

We added a 2.4 GHz PMP450 to a site that was/is 900 MHz FSK. The noise
floor has not been a major issue, but the (tree) penetration is not as
good. Some subs we just could not switch over.

Don't worry about what is actually up there. Just ask your coordinator
to engineer a link, and give him/her what your preferences are. If there
are legitimate links there, the coordinator should find them.
if they're not legitimate links, that will come out in the wash.

I would speculate WiFi calling uses a VPN and there is a NAT traversal
issue. Is this double NAT (i.e. the customer has a NAT router behind
the SM)?

In a couple of places, we have used nanobeams to make an 8 x 8 degree
sector. If you have tight clusters of subscribers, separated by some
space, it works OK. If I did more of them, I would probably switch to
ePMP and force110 so that I could better utilize spectrum.
