When creating a trim box on a form in Administrator, I find it hides
existing fields underneath.
How do I change this please? I can't see anything in the filed or form
properties to set stacking order.

Hi,
Sorry to bring this up again.
Though it's odd to have approval things in the Incident/Problem

Any kind of suggestions or opinions are welcome.

How is ($TIMESTAMP$ - $DATE$) different to $TIME$?

Jason,
I think Claire has a goal of updating existing asset records. In which
case, you would need to be able to find the record(s) to update. For
the Remedy Import Tool, the Request ID would be needed for that. Since
it sounds like the Request ID is not included in the .csv file, this

This is going to cause you more headaches than it's worth and I don't think
there will be any benefit so far as performance. If you want to see a
performance benefit, try these things
- remove all the lob/text columns from the table.
- remove all the columns from the table that are not being used
It is not working as expected, used getList operation and input mapping was

XPATH(/ROOT/accountID),it is retreving all the tickets without validating

John,
I believe that the keyword $TIMESTAMP$ must be escaped. In other words use
both the dollar sign ($) and backslash (\) so that you have $\TIMESTAMP$. I
know that has worked for me with other keywords. You'll have to used the
combined customqual to get it to work.

Hi,
Here are the steps to reset the AR Admin Password.
1) Login to Remedy Administrator.
2) Choose File ---> Server Configuration.
3) Go to Database Tab.
4) Type your password in the appropriate field and click apply.
Now you can login to your database with AR Admin account and the new
password.

Hi Axton,
A table solution will still be done within the same database transaction,
and potentially produce a very large and slow rollback chunk in the DB.
An escalation on the main table will do one transaction per entry found,
which can make it faster and less resource consuming.

If I remember correctly there may be some cases where $TIME$ does not
work correctly in the Run-If (I think a patch fixed it but I can't

Try the following

Well... we are talking about a filter qual here right?

Would have thought that a 500+ meg download wouldn't be such a major

As for a download manager - there are plenty of 3rd party applications
that can do such a task, in which case google is your friend.
