Hi,
When the attachment is added to the service request form I'm supposed to see
a note in the work info of the fulfilment application just to refer to the
service request for the attachment.
But it doesn't work. There is no log in the work info.

Just to take this one step further.
If you have a table field, that means you are searching a form. If you can
change the qualifier of the table, that means that is a search criteria for the
form.
So, you could use a Set Fields operation to just pull back the data directly to

Hi Doug,
It all depends on which calls that specific ARDBC-plugin has implemented.
When I played around with these things quite some time ago, it turned out
that the GetListEntry-call used in Set-Fields was NOT implemented, but the
GetListEntryWithFields-call was.
This is the reason for my

Could somebody from BMC explain what is happening during this time where
nothing appears to be happening? I remember having the same experience
during the 7.5 to 7.6.04 SP1 upgrade. The logs do not indicate that
anything is happening and a db trace shows very little activity.
Yeah::: Upgrades look like they are going to disappear for the create a new
server and migrate data option soon.
Most change windows: especially Enterprise wise:: could they really go down
for 5-7 hours? NO! not happening..
so My guess is there is some sort of single FIFO job process single Java

I think that is why BMC is starting to promote the idea of doing the time
consuming work on a staging server and then promoting that to production in
a shorter outage window. It is an upgrade, just on an offline system then
do a delta sync of the data to bring it up-to-date. Since this

RKM is on there and FTS _was_ working until ITSM SP2; there were no errors

You may want to compare the data in the system between your test and prod envs.
I'm not a DBA, but what I've seen seems to be that the more rows in your db
that need to have columns added / changed / etc, the longer it takes.

Hi,
Yes, my memory was a little bit mixed up...
In ARDBC you typically implement these two functions:
1. ARDBCGetListEntryWithFields - for searching entries
2. ARDBCGetEntry - for retrieving one complete entry with all fields
As BMC only wanted to show a list, the ARDBCGetEntry was not really
