I've not dealt with this specific hotfix, but we have found many odd caching
behaviors with 7.6.04 that have lead to us thinking fixes didn't work when they
really did. Often changes are not sync'd with a flush of the midtier cache and
sometimes not even with a restart of the webserver. We've
Hi,

We tried all the possibilities. It was working fine with other browsers before

Hi,
The index names are not in the DEF-file. I do not think they are used at

They have database names though, but they are created on the fly.
It seems very strange that the names are included in the XML-definition

We are on 7.6 of ITSM with a 7.5 backend application server. Out of the box
there is no way to do this at the support group level (that I am aware of). A

Hi Mike,
Actually, if you do a search for a form called Assignment Engine
Administration. It is a very cool form that they do not really tell you
about. We have tested it out here and it seems to work. But you can add
qualifications to what groups get auto-assignment rules.

Does anyone have an example of logging in the ARFilterApiCall routine? I need
to be able to log the input values in the arfPerl plugin as it keeps crashing
with a double free error.
I am using Linux with ARS 7.6.04 SP3 and perl v5.10.1 built for
i686-linux-thread-multi Binary build 1008
Tried that Joe, but it's not working. And BTW, when you build a filter
that fires on submit and you push the newly created Request-ID into
another form, then the $LASTID$ does containt the request-id. I think
the only not-too-tricky option I have is to query the ARSystem
Metadata: arschema form
The Request ID is not available until Phase 2 in the filters. A usual method
is to do a push back to the form in an AfterSubmit Active Link action or in a
Submit Filter (Push to the same form where Push-If is '1' = $1$) to get the ID
into another field.

In order to dynamically set the EndPoint with your Set Fields from Web Services

not add in to allow you to use a regular field for the endpoint in the Web

If it works on the WUT and not on the web and if you are certain your Mid-Tier

Did you contact BMC Support? What did they have to say about it.
