Thomas, Without knowing what step in the process you are, I'll assume you've defined a flow and set up the proper Approval Process Config records. For what you're asking, you would do this in the Approval Mappings form. You can get to this via the AppAdmin Console Custom tab Change Management.

If you just need different mappings and are OK with the out of box flow, then it's pretty simple because you just have to add/modify approval mappings for groups and individuals. However, the change approval process as a whole is a sum of many different parts which means that configuring each part
