Hi, Since your running portmapper, this should reply on UDP port 111 so make sure you have that open on any firewall you may have. To see on a windows env, I use tcpview from microsoft. This will show the process and the tcp port. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb897437.aspx

Thanks for the replies! How do you set portmapper and a static port at the same time? Also, if you have them both set, does it mean it the Client will always use the same port to connect to ARServer (even if you restart it) but you don't have to specify it in the Client Tool when logging in?
