hi all, I have a curious case where in the User from of ARS 5.0.1 when open through AR user tool 7.1 hangs and does not work at all. Where as if the same is open from ARS 5.0.1 works fine! The number of records on the user form are round about 4500 and some customization is done on the user

Hi, A lot has happened since version 5.0. I would suggest that you use maybe a 6.3 client to see if that works better. Or you should maybe consider to upgrade your server to 7.1 or higher... This is really not very hard to do if you can get a replacement box for the server. Best

Hi Peter, If Footprints is consuming web-service then yes, you can specify appropriate permission on WSDL file itself(go to Permissions Tab on WSDL interface in Admin tool). Also, you can create a user with proper permissions and ask Footprints to pass that username/password in SOAP Envelope
