To all the great minds out there,
We are using Business Objects 4.1 which we understand does not work with IIS
so we are trying to use Apache Tomcat version 7 to set up https:
Http works fine but can't get https to work. We added redirection to 8443 in

Except the Tabs are not displaying at all. They can still create a ticket if

All,
I had 4 web services that I had created in a 7.1 system and these web services
would return codes like
Error 302 and Error 90 and Error 1071034 for example.
I moved these (export and import ) from my 7.1 system to a 8.1 system. But
now I don't get the returns codes all I get
for an error

When I go to add a license on a 8.1 patch 2 system I see the Current Host ID in

Where does the ID come from or where is it stored in the DB? I know it
should be the MAC address of the server.
Here is my problem I have a dev system and production
All,
I am on a 7.1 ar system and Mid-tier is 7.1 as well. Windows 2003. Tomcat

I can't start tomcat with service account name. This use to work but we had
to change the Domain name of the service account and now I

All,
We are on version 7.1 ( going to 8.1 soon). The SLA Service Target Status
colors don't' update except for once a day. I did recently have to add a
24x7 available time entity to all my SLAs and OLAs as a work around for a time
issue with the date 1/1/1970.
Since the workaround all
7.1 is when the license file went away.

Dave,
We just had this problem. It has to do with the binding order of the NICs.
We had to turn off a NIC and then restart Remedy so the correct mac address
would be used. And then turn on the other NICs after that.We have had
several restarts since then and the binding order seems to

I am in the process of going from 7.1 to 8.1. But in my case going from:
Windows 2003 to windows 2008
SQL Server 2005 to 2012 and 64 bit.
My high level plan is to install 8.1 on the windows 2008 server and then
apply all my changes ( not major changes) and use migrator to bring over
List,
Anybody have any words of wisdom from there experience of installing SQL
Server 64 bit on a Windows 2008 server that will be used by ITSM 8.1.
Both will be fresh installs no upgrading.

There was that discussion at last year's rug where they pointed production to

steps than this but you get the idea.

I had this same error and I had to go to armonitor file and set C:\Program

I at least got past the Failed to initialize JRE and internal java module

If you have something like a Notes field that is really big or has weird
chars or , in it that might give you problems.Do you get the same
problem with the .csv file?I too have always found the import tool to be
very reliable.
