The solution:
Stop the Asterisk, made a backup of configuration files, delete files
and modules previously installed.
Then Reinstall with default config files with make samples and I only
insert the configuration of Broadvoice and immediately worked. Then I
restore the configuration files
Broadvoice has a lot of problems for the last 2 months

I, once again, was having problems with them last night.. My log is filled
with unable to register.. Also, even when it was registered, if I
attempted to use their service to dial out, I was getting 2 out of 3 calls

Yeah, I agree, Nufone as well as Voicepulse Connect hasn't giving me much
troulbe compared to Broadvoice but Broadvoice seems to be the only
Unlimited server that supports byod.

messages quite a bit this week. ...especially for international calls.

Nope, no hangup issues (log says we had over 80 calls total today),
however, as of 8pm PST we're back to the Got SIP response 404 Not
Found back from 147.135.0.128 issues with registration. I just
noticed it... we shall see how long that lasts :-(.
