Alexandre and Madalena are actually from Candelaria, Pico and I am trying to trace them as they are my ancestors. The marriage record seems to be more solid than what is on NEPS so I am trying to use it and gather as much as possible from the contents. I never “rely” on NEPS. Diane

Diane G, I've never seen the ages of the parents recorded in a marriage. I've only seen the ages of the bride and groom recorded, but this record in this time period does not record the ages of the bride and groom. Someone who researches Candelaria should know if there's a gap in the baptism
