I have an HP computer and the support assistant window keeps coming up when I’m
trying to either read or write emails. How do I disable it? It’s getting very
annoying.

It's been awhile since I tried thunder but I think it does work well on all
operating systems. If I remember correctly, you have to use web IE to browse
the internet. As I said, it's ben awhile since I tried thunder. They may
have improved it now but I don't know for sure.

I decided to go ahead and install SP 3. I hesitated to do it at first because I
thought my computer wouldn't be able to handle it. My sighted nephew said all
systems can handle SP 3.I apologize for being so stubborn.
