Walter, the balloon with my callsign associated on wspr has been up 313 days. Launched from Tennessee, it crossed the equator (a very rare occurrence) and has been circling the globe down there. 17+ laps. I hope you can get that kind of longevity. I’m watching/cheering from the sidelines. 73

the best way would be to actually read the licensing page that everyone skips when they install software. there can be notices not to export in there. the CIA publishes guidelines on what level of encryption can be exported. ( they can crack everything else). I may not be easy, but I would hate

this actually brings up a good point, it is illegal to send devices with very current encryption to foreign nations, I know you would not think there is anything on a balloon that is privileged but there are many things installed on operating systems in the US that are not for export. I would
