I have finally finished
the online plans for the camera I was building. If I could get a few
people to take a look at the plans and make sure I didn't miss anything I would
greatly appreciate it. Any suggestions or criticisms would be
welcome. Thanks! Here's the link:
Try Home Depot (or like place) and check out the bathroomdrawer pulls. Another option (not brass) is to turn your own knobs out of the same wood you are using for the camera body. Dan Rhoades www.rhoadescameras.bizland.com- Original Message - From: Greg Sent: July 02, 2001 5:59 PM To:

I tried that stuff at first and the etched surface was very uneven and not at acceptable. I tried to water the stuff down a bit and still ran into the same problem. I also tried to spread the stuff onto one surface and then place the ground glass-to-be into the mixture for a more even coating and
It's great to have so many front range people building cameras! I thought about raincoat material as well but I couldn't find any in town. The Ultra Suede is too thick IMHO but the Micro Suede was about the half the thickness. It's a little thicker than the raincoat material but has a really nice
I've had a few people asking about the bellows material I used with my camera so I did a little research and found that the only place I could find it in my town (Colorado Springs, CO) was a Hancock Fabrics. Here's the info I got: The material is called Micro-Suede and it is availible in several

I've finally found the perfect stuff to make your own bellows that look nicer than any I've seen (including professionally made). I found a fabric that is light proof and very handsome. It is a polyester microfiber suede that looks and feels just like the real thing but isn't nearly as thick. It
