1. You could convert everything to SQL, then just export to Access when
you need to if you are simply reporting from Access. Just a note,
access uses flat files and is much more inefficient compared to SQL
Server 2K. I would highly recommend converting everything to SQL

Yes, the trick is working out permissions and which field stores the
password. Do some research on the field and you should be fine. The
password field doesn't show up I guess for security reasons. LDAP is a
tricky wee beasty to work with.

Are you using IE? Make sure you set a height/width on the form (IE
doesn't like plugins in tables with percentage width).
Also I believe the right syntax is
bind={studyRepeater.currentItem.studyTypeID}
