Gotcha. IIRC, you can’t put weight on traversal neighbours.
So you can use dns srv record weights to pick the C out or the E in, but once
inside the cluster picking the next hop E (or C) is round robin.

use expect ‘til the cows come home.
From what I recall, in Windows scheduler, there was an encryption option. But
it’s been ages since I last used it.

I’d appreciate CLI over GUI for one big reason… cronjobs.
I know this is windows, but at least I could schedule them.

As a new Expressway user, I'm really interested in what this is about. There
isn't even a "factory default" option in any of the menus I checked. I thought
maybe you could accidentally check this and it required a restart.
Very odd. Very concerning.

is making the call (from
the default zone) not be found? When I put the rule back to Any, it works again.
I'm hoping that by selecting "All zones" this will allows calls from C to E
traversal zone through to webex, but also any locally registered H323 devices
as well.
Thanks

my CUCM registered endpoints, it will find the local ones first then go to my
other search rules.

more testing once the device is in place.
Even a quick site survey might appease our concerns.

for a small deployment, but with over four thousand
phones, and a model of “move your own phone”, I have a feeling groups would
become out of sync quickly.
Feel free to respond off-line.

I wonder if it would help to secure the cable to the table somehow with a
“service” loop near the phone. This way, moving the device, it’s only got a bit
of weight of the cable.

Well, this is not encouraging to hear. ☹
And there’s likely no spot to put anything with a wire tie either? Usually,
they have those little plastic hooks, like the ones that would hold an rj11
cable.

Hmmm, can’t comment on using it over slow links, but I’ve enjoyed the new
tools. Except for the expanding each note section, maybe.
The file upload tool is one of the best they’ve made. They better not change
that any tie soon. :)
