The Ross's Gull flew in and landed on the narrow sandbar just west of the
marina at sunset. It was walking around and feeding as things faded to
black at 5:00 p.m.

Correction, the sandbar just west of the marina is a dirt path. The sandbar
the gull was on is the one located just east of the marina!
