Looks like they fixed it so it now works right with Firefox on the mac. I
had to upgrade to Firefox 3.5 to fix it but that sure looks like an
improvement as well.

You can use Gmail the same as any other pop based mail, imap based mail or
as web based mail. I would switch to Gmail and try it on your current
Eudora. I have been using Gmail for over five years and I use it all three
ways depending on where I am and which account I am using.

I keep hearing that advice as a method to make sure you have a virus free
environment. Windows may be stable enough to run but it isn't secure enough
