You know! I thought the same as what you said here, and a friend of mine
said her doctor actually recommended that she get one of those wrist
jobbies! So, go figure!

Hello,
I have bananas that I need to use and I have a banana bread recipe that I
like, but I'd rather make it into muffins. Any suggestions as to how I
should convert it from a bread recipe to a muffin recipe?

I would just start checking for doneness with the muffins after about 20
minutes. I often convert muffin recipes to quick bread and start checking
after about 40 minutes.
Hugs,
Marilyn

Hello,
Yesterday, I became the sole owner and proprietor of delicious shoo-fly pie.
In the car on the way back to the city, we got into a rather lively discussion
as to how it should be stored: countertop, refrigerator, or freezer. So, where
and how should it be stored for maximum freshness
My father grew up in Pennsylvania Dutch territory, so I know about this
delicacy. I think it may be associated with other regions as well. My
advice is to store it away from children, spouses, parents, and Labradors.
Otherwise it'll be gone before you get to it.

Yes, storing it away from Labradors is indeed a must.Guides are still dogs!
I currently have it in the kitchen, in a box, on top of a counter, and it is
currently out of reach of everyone concerned. I don't think it will last long.

If it has been as hot as it has been in Indiana where you are, I
think I would store the pie in the fridge. Have a blessed day!

Hi there,
There is 8 oz in a cup so 4 oz would be half a cup and 2 oz would be a
quarter cup. Just turn the 3 oz into 1/2 cup a cup...extra cheese never
hurt a recipe..HaHa
Good luck..
