Saludos. Amigo ya lo he hecho con DynDNS y funciona siempre y cuando estes detras del modem que tu IP sea publica, de lo contrario si estas detras de un router con dos equipos mas el DynDNS o No-IP quedara asociado con la IP del router y este no tiene apache, tampoco mysql, etc instalado.
