This seems to be a new symptom since quantal. Maybe gnome-session
changed some behavior?
When gnome-session exits in quantal, it doesn't explicitly kill the
processes it spawned. Instead it relies on the processes noticing that
the dbus session is gone and exit.

Maintainer hat on: I think it'd be easier for all if you can use NSS
(now that gnutls has been ruled out because of lack of functionality).

IMHO, this problem's root cause is Flash Player 9/10 implementations, they
hard-code a explicit fontnames. And, Flash Player 11(and later), they use
fontconfig approach, it is good solver for CJK problem.
Therefor, In now, we can display CJK glyphs with the right fontconfigs.
This bug was fixed in the package gexiv2 - 0.4.90-0ubuntu1

This error typically occurs on my MacBook 2,1 at boot or when waking
