Dmitriy, I think what Romain is referring to is other TCKs. Generally, geronimo JAR versions don't reflect the version of spec that they implement. There may be alpha releases that match EDRs, or alphas that are based on the final version but with minor tweaks. For reference, Apache ActiveMQ Ar

All, Since MP Config 1.0 is almost released, should we plan to release the Geronimo Config Impl? It would be good to have that available shortly after the spec is out. I'm assuming we'd want to release this as "1.0". If needed, I can execute the release and call for the vote. Maybe early next

Wrong exception thrown when value missing in config

I noticed the following logic: if (!hasValue) { deploymentProblems.add(new IllegalArgumentException("Missing converter for '" + key + "' from " + injectionPoint)); } The problem isn't that the converter is missing, but that the value is missing

Changing how Geronimo Config handles empty strings

I raised a MP Config Spec issue [1] and discussion. Based on how Payara is doing it, I believe that Geronimo Config checking for empty strings is incorrect. GConfig throws NoSuchElementException if the value is empty, but it seems like this is expected behavior and should instead return empty str

In addition to what Reinhard's noting, the vendor in the pom is wrong. I also reported https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-15714 since Romain's changes aren't up on github The newly created files include "Apache Geronimo JAX-RS Spec 2.0" which is wrong and should be addressed next release

Geronimo Config 1.1?

Hey all I just pushed up the last of the changes in the Geronimo config trunk that would align to the MP Config 1.2 spec. There's still a bit of clean up I want to aim for, so maybe after the new year we can plan to cut a release of Config 1.1? You'll note in my commit, I moved most of the logic
