I did all of the resets and even switched out one player for another and
the results were the same on the bad unit. Unit sets up fine shows Date
& Time fine but when asked to stream it plays for about 10-20 sec and
then goes into a reset loop and back to the date & Time.

First off when you rip a disk the album art is attach to the folder that
the files was created, not each track. From time to time you will find
that the rip did not combine the track titles with the album art and you
would get no album cover or get the same track name for each track. Now

1. did you rip the whole album?
2. Is the single a d/l from a 3rd party?
3. Why in the album pic you have it listed as a single? and no genre?,
but the single has all the proper info with it.

I have heard of such units selling on ebay by businesses, saying the
model was setup for commercial use. The remote comes from the
Transporter unit as it was the only one with a backlit remote, no matter
all the remotes work with each of the units.

+1 for a fresh install of any OS is better, statrting with a clean reg
file so no hidden program links cause issues. Now for my 2 cents, if
the XP is working fine no need to change. Upgrading to a new OS is very
hardware dependant and being able to function at the preformance level

I have 2 working still and never had an issue with the analog output
channels. Now I will say its been years since I used the analog outputs
as I use Toslink now days for my connection, the SB3's I replace with
Touches use analog now days.

If you are running windows mobile 6.5 you have most likely a Samsung
Jack/blackJack phone. but still they are able to by id as a mobile
device and get an option to use which format. you may need to see if an
update is available for the phone or re-install windows 6.5.

my touch compared to my Transporter and SB3. I assume it has to do with
the added GUI that brings up the album art, making the crossfade slower

allowed less traffic and better signal strength for all my Touches in

Could also go with powerline adapters, that use your exsisting home
electric lines to send your signal. Then use the RJ-45 jacks 1.
connect to the router and the 2nd one connect to the SB.

And its all good, setup was a snap. looking forward to setting up the

Make sure your wireless devices are not sharing the same IP address. My
system will do that if I had to reset the router and it will effect the
playback and the other wireless item performance.
