1951-era of our youth, and we had reason to think it might be MP4KAC.
It wasn't. The gentleman we're looking for is Doug Taylor. Perhaps

40/75 SSB. With my QSL, I airmailed Herik the latest Yaesu, ICOM, and
Kenwood HF catalogs. His QSL came back to me airmail direct in 10

This is the more reason to have your county printed on your QSL card. I don't
know of any QSL printer who would charge extra for this service. Also, include
your gridsquare too regardless if you are or not on VHF.
