Regarding the new DSP board, I was not one of those who had issues with the
old one or considered the K3 to be noisy on rx and I ordered the new one
simply to keep my K3 #266 up to date. I use SSB almost exclusively, these
days seeking dx on 80m with a headset.

The same phenomenon occurred here but if the date is set manually in the
K3's Config menu the Utility time update works ok.

MON should go back to 0 again when the txing from DVR memory has finished.
Otherwise it would be possible with a macro.

Both 3.66 and 3.67 appear to be available as Beta downloads. I haven't yet

A couple of years ago there was some correspondence on the reflector about
whether an S unit is 6db or 4 db and there appears to be historical
precedent for both but I have looked at the archive and can't find where it
rested as far as the K3 is concerned. It occurred to me while recently
A good thought Brian. My experience of two such noise cancelling devices is
that, depending on the type and direction of the noise, they can be very
effective in improving the signal/noise ratio although there is some
insertion loss so weak signals are sometimes lost. I always have one
